| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方苦参注射液+顺铂(PDD)胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效与不良反应。方法:经病理或胸水细胞学确诊为恶性胸腔积液的患者共60例,采用随机抽样方法分为复方苦参注射液+PDD组(观察组)与单用PDD组(对照组)各30例。观察组胸腔内注入复方苦参注射液25 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液40 mL+PDD 40 mg+地塞米松5 mg;对照组胸腔内注入0.9%氯化钠注射液40 mL+PDD 60 mg+地塞米松5 mg,5～7 d后重复注射,最多重复4次,观察疗效、生活质量、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为60%(P<0.05);且观察组不良反应较对照组轻。结论:胸腔内注入复方苦参注射液+PDD治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效优于单用PDD,且可提高患者生活质量。
