| 摘 要： | 目的:了解广西脑科医院抗精神病药的应用情况及发展趋势。方法:采用WHO推荐的以DDD数为指标的药物利用研究方法,计算我院2007—2009年3年间抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度、日用金额等指标并进行排序。结果:抗精神病药的年用药金额及用药频度逐年提高。非典型抗精神病药虽然日用药金额普遍较高,但由于其优点突出,已逐渐被临床所接受并广泛使用,典型抗精神病药因价格低廉等原因仍占有不小市场份额。结论:我院抗精神病药应用合理,非典型抗精神病药的DDDs排序靠前,是治疗精神分裂症及其他精神病性障碍的首选。
