摘    要:目的 建立检测党参药材中党参含量和有关物质的方法.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取10种不同来源党参药材,其中2号为标准对照药材,应用毛细管气相色谱法分离提取物,并用聚类分析比较.结果 建立的分析方法有较好的重现性,确定了党参药材的9个共有特征峰,9个党参样品的相似度达到0.9以上.结论 该方法准确可靠,可用于党参药材的质量评价.

Abstract:Objective To study and establish the fingerprint of several kinds of Radix codonopsis by GC.Methods The steam distillation method was adopted to extract the constituents in Radix codonopsis from different origins.GC was used to optimize the fingerprint determination method,and identify the main peaks in the GC fingerprint by comparing them by cluster analysis.Results Under the selected chromatographic conditions,the method had a good reproducibility.Nine common peaks of GC fingerprint were identified,and similarity of 9 samples of good GC fingerprint of raw Radix codonopsis was obtained no less than 0.9.Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate,and can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Radix codonopsis.
