46546例农村妇女妇女病普查结果分析

目的了解农村妇女患妇女病情况，探索对其的防治措施。方法对浙江省建德市2004—2007年参加妇女病普查的农村育龄妇女46546例的普查资料进行回顾性分析。结果妇女病总患病率为38．50％；各种妇女常见病中，生殖道感染的患病率最高为28．61％；其次为乳腺增生患病率13．11％；子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、外阴病变的患病率分别为2．04％、1．59％、1．10％。结论加强健康教育，积极开展以生殖道感染为主的妇女病普查普治工作，是当前开展妇女生殖健康工作的重点。

General survey of 46546 cases of gynecological diseases in rural women

Objective To understand the epidemiologic situation of gynecological diseases in rural women and explore the preventive and therapeutic strategy. Methods Retrospective analysis of the general survey data of gynecological diseases related to 46,546 women of child-bearing age in Jiande, Zhejiang Province during 2004 and 2007. Results The incidence of gynecological diseases was 38. 5%. 28. 61% of the women suffered from vaginal infection, and 13. 11% , breast byperplasia, 2.04% , uterine fibroids, 1.59% , ovary cysts, and 1. 10% , vulva pathological change. Conclusion The key to carry out the women＇s genital health care project at present is to strengthen the health care education and actively launch the general survey and treatment of gynecological diseases.
