| 摘 要： | 目的:对中药制剂三黄胶囊中有效成分大黄素和大黄酚进行含量测定。方法:样品采用RP-HPLC法检测,选用依利特E1823707色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:该方法快速简便,灵敏度和稳定性高,平均回收率为98.8%(n=6)。结论:该方法可有效控制三黄胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish methods for the quantitative determination of emodin and chrysophanol in the Sanhuang capsules. Methods ： RP - HPLC was applied, the separation was performed on E1823707 ODS - C18 column （4. 6mm × 200mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid （75：25 ）, the detection wavelength was 254nm, with a flow rate of 1. 0ml/min. Results ： This method is simple, effective and with a high sensibility and stability. The average recovery ratio was 98. 8% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method can be used to control the quality of the Sanhuang capsules effectively. |
