两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡疗效分析

目的分析两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的疗效。方法将80例幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃溃疡患者随机分成2组,每组40例。A组口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素;B组口服奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑,均为2次/d。3个月后复查胃镜,检测HP并复查血、尿常规及肝肾功能。结果A组有效率为85%,B组有效率为77.5%。治疗过程中,B组的不良反应率为25%,而A组仅为2.5%,A组不仅有效率高于B组,且不良反应发生率明显低于B组。结论A组疗法更值得在临床推广。

Comparison of therapeutic effect of two kinds of therapeutics on pyloric spirochaceta related ulcer

Objective To compare the curative effect of two kinds of therapeutics on pyloric spirochceta related ulcer.Methods Eighty patients were randomized into two groups,40 patients in each group.Patients in group A were treated with oral medicines Omeprazole Enteric-coated,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin,and group B were treated with oral medicines Omeprazole Enteric-coated,Clarithromycin,Metronidazole,twice a day.Three months later,gastroscope,HP,blood,urine,liver and kidney function were counterchecked.Results The effective rate in group A was about 85% compared with 77.5% in group B.During the treatment,the rate of adverse reaction in group A was 2.5%,less than group B(25%).Conclusion Omeprazole Enteric-coated,Amoxicillin,Clarthromycin should be used in curing,HP related ulcer.
