如东县2011-2013年HIV感染者检测资料分析

目的了解如东县艾滋病病毒感染现状和特征,为艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法采用胶体金法和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HIV抗体。初筛待确证送至南通市疾病预防控制中心进行免疫蛋白印迹试验(WB)确证。结果三年共检出HIV病毒感染者104人,感染人群以男性为主,感染途径以性传播为主,为103例,其中MSM 63例,异性性行为40例,母婴传播1例,无吸毒和职业暴露,初中、高中文化程度占76.92%,有婚姻者占65.38%,农民(工)构成比为53.85%。结论如东县艾滋病感染者年龄跨度大,职业分布广,以性传播为主,同性传播上升明显,应加大以切断性传播为主的综合干预措施。

Conclusion Rudong County AIDS age span, Occupation distribution, In order to sexually transmitted mainly, Homosexual transmission increases significantly, Should strengthen the comprehensive intervention measures to cut off the spread.
