中西医结合治疗肺癌脑转移的临床进展

肺癌脑转移是中枢神经系统最常见的肿瘤,也是肺癌患者死亡的常见原因之一。肺癌患者一旦发生脑转移,临床分期属于IV期,其临床预后差,治疗非常困难,且疗效不佳。如何有效的提高患者生存期和生活质量已成为临床研究重点。本文就近年来中西医结合治疗肺癌脑转移的研究现状进行了总结,以便进一步发挥中西医结合治疗肺癌脑转移的作用。

Clinical Progress on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Brain Metastases from Lung Cancer

Brain metastases from lung cancer is the most common tumors of the central nervous system,and it is also one of the common causes of death in patients with lung cancer. When brain metastases occur in patients with lung cancer,it clinically belongs to staging IV with poor clinical prognosis,and the treatment is very difficult with dissatisfactory efficacy. How to effectively enhance the patient survival and quality of life has become the focus of clinical research. In this paper,the recent research status of integrated Chinese and western medicine treating lung cancer with brain metastasis is summarized,in order to further enhance the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of brain metastases from lung cancer.
