某油库职业病危害现状分析与评价

目的了解某油库作业场所存在的职业病危害现状,对其控制效果进行评价,并提出防治措施。方法对某油库进行了劳动卫生学调查,并对其生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素噪声、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油等强度/浓度进行测定,根据有关规范、标准等进行分析、评价。结果溶剂汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和噪声检测结果均符合职业卫生要求。结论该油库主要职业病危害因素为溶剂汽油、噪声,其防毒、防噪设施齐全,但应加强日常管理。

Analysis and Evaluation of Present Situation of Occupation Disease Harm in A Oil Depot

Objective Understand the occupation disease is a depot of workplace hazards, evaluate the effect of the control, and put forward the prevention measures. Methods The labor hygiene survey of oil depot, and the occupation disease resulting from the production process hazard factors in the noise, benzene, toluene, xylene, gasoline and other intensity/concentration were determined, according to the relevant specifications, standards, analysis, evaluation. Results Solvent gasoline, benzene, toluene, xylene and noise test results are in line with the occupation health requirements. Conclution The main occupation disease risk factors for the oil depot of solvent naphtha, noise, the anti-virus, anti noise facilities, but should strengthen the daily management.
