满洲里市2013年居民恶性肿瘤发病情况分析

目的为了解满洲里市2013年恶性肿瘤的发展趋势和人群的分布特点。为今后有针对性开展干预提供依据、为开展社区恶性肿瘤健康教育促进和早发现、早诊断的干预效果提供基线资料。方法满洲里市各级医疗机构收集恶性肿瘤病例资料,按国际疾病分类ICD-10和ICD-0-3入录。结果 2013年满洲里市恶性肿瘤累计发病数357例。发病率212.11/10万。男性发病率大于女性(χ2=22.40,P0.01)。满洲里市居民最常见的5种恶性肿瘤为肺恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、乳房恶性肿瘤和结肠恶性肿瘤,约占全部病例的65.55%;其中男性恶性肿瘤主要为肺恶性肿瘤,女性为乳房恶性肿瘤。结论肺恶性肿瘤、消化系统肿瘤和乳房恶性肿瘤是威胁我市居民身体健康的最主要肿瘤,是当前肿瘤防治工作的重点。

Analyses on Disease incidence of Malignancy tumour in Manchuria,2013

Objective To understand the distribution of Manzhouli 2013 cancer trends and populations for future targeted interventions carried out to provide a basis for the development of community health education promotion and cancer early detection,early diagnosis and intervention to provide baseline information.Methods Collect to Different levels institution in Manchuria Malignancy tumour medical record,Press to ICD-10 and ICD-0-3 be in progress statistics.Results 2013 Manzhouli cumulative incidence of 357 cases of malignant tumors.The incidence of 212.11/10 thousand.The incidence of males than females（χ^2= 22.40,P〈0.01）.Manzhouli City residents most common five kinds of malignant lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer and colon cancer,accounting for 65.55% of all cases;mainly for lung cancer among male cancer,women breast cancer.Conclusion lung cancer,digestive cancer and breast cancer is a threat to the health of residents of the city＇s main tumor,is the focus of current cancer prevention work.
