| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺对活动期类风湿关节炎疗效及临床免疫指标变化的影响。方法将临床确诊为活动期类风湿关节炎52例采用针刺加西药治疗，30d为1疗程。结果治疗前后临床症状体征和免疫学指标比较差异显著（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论针刺联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎能有效调节体液免疫和提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on the a ctive stage of rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on clinical immunological indices. Method Fifty patients exactly diagnosed with the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis w ere treated with acupuncture plus Western medicine, 30 days as a course. Results There were significant differences in clinical symptoms and signs, and immunolog ical indices between pretreatment and posttreatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment of the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis with acupuncture plus Western medicine can effectively regulate humoral immunity and improve the clini cal effect. |
