| Abstract: | Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the contents of Albendazole Oral Emulsion. Methods The con- tents of Alendazole Oral Emulsion were measured by RP-HPLC with a column of Diamonsil ClS （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm）. Methanol-water （70 ： 30） was used as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 295 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 50-200 μg · mL^-1 with correla- tion coefficients 0. 998 8. The average recoveries were 99.7% （ n = 9） with RSD 1.1 %. Conclusion The established method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Albendazole Oral Emulsion. |
