摘    要:磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路是影响肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移及化疗耐药的重要信号转导通路。肝细胞癌中存在磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路的传导异常。本文就磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路的功能、激活途径、在肝细胞癌进展及其对肝细胞癌靶向药耐药中作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Hosphatidylinositol-3-kinases-protein-serine-threoninekinase(PI3 K/Akt) signaling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway that affects tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, as well as chemotherapy resistance. The conduction of PI3 K/AKt signaling pathway is abnormal in hepatocellular carcinoma. This paper reviews the research progress of PI3 K/Akt signaling pathway in the function, activation pathways, advance in hepatocellular carcinoma and resistance to targeted drugs for hepatocellular carcinoma.
