| 摘 要： | 本文报道了1例吉林大学第一医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的咽旁间隙颅咽管瘤患者，于全麻下行右侧颈外入路咽旁间隙肿物切除术。术后2个月复查CT肿物无复发，术后12个月随访时术前症状咽部异物感消失，无其他不适，口咽侧壁无膨隆。
