| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the research topics and cooperation of studies about Health Technology Assessment(HTA)in order to provide references and direction for further research on HTA development in China.Methods:Literature about HTA were searched from PubMed.VOSviewer 1.6.11 was used to analyze journals,countries,institutes,authors,and keywords and generate visual cooperation network maps,overlay maps,and density maps.Results:11140 records published from 1969 to 2019,covering 1974 journals and 22427 authors were included.The most productive country was USA,and the institute was University of York.A total of 8485 keywords were extracted,among which biomedical technology assessment,cost-benefit analysis,and high cost technology were the top three keywords with highest frequency.Quality-adjusted life years,economic models,antineoplastic agents,qualitative research,and interview were the emerging keywords in recent years.Five research topics were concluded from the cluster analysis:HTA concepts and government decision-making,methodology research of HTA,HTA of diagnostic technologies,application and effect of HTA in different population,pharmacoeconomic evaluation in oncology,clinical trial insurance.Conclusion:Researches on HTA mainly came from developed countries and their research institutions.The most important research hotspot was HTA and government decision-making,while health economics,HTA of anti-tumor agents and qualitative research in HTA were relatively new. |
