空间混合自回归模型在碘缺乏病防治中的应用

摘    要:目的:分析儿童尿碘与碘的关系,评价四川省碘缺乏病防治效果,方法:利用直线回归与空间沸合自回归2种统计模型建立尿碘与盐碘之间的关系。结果:2种回归模型的系数都有统计学意义,盐碘的系数为3.6802和2.7163,空间自相关系数为0.43955,空间自回归模型解释尿碘的空间变异12.3%。结论:回归模型表明8-10学生尿碘水平与盐碘含量有关,尿碘水平除了存在个体随机性差异,还存在空间自相关性引起的差异。

Abstract:Objective In order to analysis the relation between salt iodine and the urinary iodine level in the pupil of Sichuan province, and to evaluate the preventive effect of iodine deficency disorders(IDD) in Sichuan province.Methods Linear regression and spatial mixed auto-correlation statistics models.Results From two regressive model, the coefficients of iodine salt are 3.68 and 2.72, the coefficient of spatial auto-corelation is 0.439 5, and all of them have statistics significance. And 12.3% of the variation about urinary iodine is explained by spatial variation.Conclusions The regressive models show that urinary iodine of pupils have relation with salt iodine and the variation of urinary iodine contain individual variation and space variation.
