前列地尔单用或与硝酸异山梨酯和硝苯地平合用治疗心绞痛

目的：比较单用前列地尔或与硝酸异山梨酯和硝苯地平合用治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法：７４例冠心病心绞痛病人（男性４３例，女性３１例；年龄５３±ｓ９ａ）随机分为３组，Ａ组２７例以前列地尔２００３００μｇ加入５％葡萄糖水２５０ｍＬ内静脉滴注，２ｈ滴毕，ｑｄ。Ｂ组２３例舌下含化硝酸异山梨酯１０ｍｇ，ｑｉｄ，硝苯地平１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ。Ｃ组２４例合用上述３种药物。均以７ｄ为一个疗程，间隔５ｄ后进行第２疗程。结果：显示Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ３组症状总有效率分别为８５％，８３％及１００％，心电图总有效率分别为５６％，５２％及８３％。Ａ组和Ｂ组疗效相仿（Ｐ＞０．０５），Ｃ组疗效显著优于Ａ，Ｂ２组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。未发生严重副作用。结论：３药联用是最佳选择。

Alprostadil alone or combined with isosorbide dinitrate and nifedipine in treating angina pectoris

AIM : To compare the therapeutic effects of alprostadil (Alp) alone or combined with isosorbide dinitrate (Iso) and nifedipine (Nif) in 74 patients with angina pectoris. METHODS: Patients(M 43,F31, age 53± s 9 a) were randomly divided into 3 groups :(A)27 patients were infused iv Alp 200-300 μg daily :(B)23 patients received sublingually Iso 10 mg qid and po Nif 10 mg tid; and (C)24 patients were given the 3 drugs in combination. The patients were treated 2 wk as a course. RESULTS: The anti-anginal effects in groups A,B, and C were 85%, 83 %, and 100%, respectively. The ECG-effective rates were 56%, 52% and 83%, respectively. The therapeutic efficacy of group C was higher than those of groups A and B(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The regime of Alp+Iso+Nif was the best choice.
