| 摘 要： | 目的:评价腔内激光治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的临床疗效和护理。方法:2004年10月-2005年4月,采用钬激光治疗静脉曲张39例,共47条肢体。结果:39例患者术后随访2-6个月,彩色超声多普勒检查显示大隐静脉主干均发生血栓性闭塞,所有病例在术后3-4周内均出现曲张静脉消失。结论:腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张近期(6个月以内)疗效明确,损伤小,术后恢复快,适于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: Evaluate the curative effect and the nursing care about laser treat varicosis of great saphenous vein. Methods:Select 39 cases,47 of limbs,from Oct 2004 to Apr 2005,which using laser to treat varicosis of great saphenous veia Results: 39 cases displayed by color ultrasonic that trunks of these great saphenous vein occurred thrombosis obstruction and all of varicosis vein of these cases dispeared after treatment 3-4 weaks. Conclusion:Using laser to treat varicosis of great saphenous vein,curative effect exactly(within six monthes),hurt small and comeback rapidly, is good method that should be extended. |
