| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检在前列腺上皮内肿瘤（ＰＩＮ）诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾分析３１７例疑前列腺疾病患者经穿刺活检证实的３８例ＰＩＮ的临床资料。结果２６例ＰＩＮ于前列腺周围区见低回声结节，其中ＰＩＮ并前列腺癌和非癌ＰＩＮ各占３４．２１％（１３／３８）；另１２例ＰＩＮ超声未见明确病灶，占３１．５８％（１２／３８）。ＰＩＮ并前列腺癌的前列腺特异抗原（ＰＳＡ）和前列腺特异抗原密度（ＰＳＡＤ）测

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of biopsy guided by ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN).Methods The clinical data of 38 PIN that they were from 317 suspicious prostatic cancer selected by biopsies were analyzed retrospectively. Results The low echogenic lesion was revealed in the peripheral zone of prostate in 26 PIN,in which the percentages of PIN with prostatic cancer and PIN were 34.21 %(13/38) each, respectively. The lesion was not revealed in 12 PIN, its percentage was 31.58%(12/38). The value of PSA,PSAD in PIN with prostatic cancer was significantly higher than that in PIN ( P < 0.05 , 001 ).Conclusions The biopsy of prostate guided by ultrasound is possessed of the advantages of accuracy and safety. It is one of effective methods in the diagnosis of PIN and prostatic cancer. |
