| 摘 要： | 目的：总结分析中老年人心律失常的特点及与病种的关系,探讨引发心律失常的因素及预防措施。方法：按照总体设计,对就诊和体检的中老年人心电图及有关资料进行分组统计分析。结果：老年组（≥60岁）和老年前期组（即中年组,45~59岁）心律失常的发生率、类型及与病种关系差异不显著（P〉0.05）,仅在心房纤颤、室性早搏、左前分支阻滞三个方面,老年组较老年前期组略有增加。结论：两组有心律失常心电图表现的约占本组总人数的20%。冠心病是引发中老年人心律失常的主要病因。预防和治疗冠心病是减少中老年人心律失常的重要措施。
