| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨双腔导管在尿毒症血液透析中的作用。方法 对 2 5例尿毒症患者使用双腔导管建立颈内静脉或股静脉血管通路。结果 双腔导管在血液透析中取得了很好的效果 ,无论是颈内静脉还是股静脉都能使用数月以上。结论 使用双腔导管作为血管通路进行血液透析具有显著优越性

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the double-lumen catheters used in hemodialysis.Methods Central double-lumen catheters in the jugular or femoral vein for hemodialysis are used in 25 patients with uremia.Results The results demonstrated that the double-lumen catheters used in hemodialysis of uremic patients showed great effect,it may be used for several months until an arteriovenous fistula is available,or even as permenent access in elderly or acute renal failure.Conclusion Blood access made by the double-lumen catheters showed significant effect in hemodialysis. |
