栾树皮化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的 对北京产栾树(Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm.)皮的化学成分进行研究。方法 利用溶剂提取、硅胶色谱柱和Sepha-dex LH-20进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 分离鉴定了3个皂苷类化合物,分别为3β-羟基-羽扇豆烷(Ⅰ)、3β,28-二羟基-羽扇豆烷(Ⅱ)、3β-羟基-28-羽扇豆酸(Ⅲ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ为首次从该植物中发现。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the barks of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm. METHODS Components were separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on silical and sephadexLH-20. The structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical properties. RESULTS Three compounds were obtained and elucidated as 3β-hydroxyl-lupinane, 3β, 28-di-hydroxyl-lupinane and 3β-hydroxyl-28-lupinic acid. CONCLUSION These compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
