氟铁龙与5-氟脲嘧啶在结直肠癌辅助化疗中的疗效比较

目的：总结氟铁龙(Furtulon，FTL)5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)在结直肠癌术后辅助化疗的比较。方法：回顾分析46例接受Furtulon为主治疗6个周期的结直肠癌病例(A组)，并与同期用5-氟脲嘧啶为主治疗6个周期的33例结直肠癌病例(B组)进行比较。结果：随访3～4年，A组的复发率为4．3％转移率为10．9％，B组的复发率为15．8％转移率为23．7％，两组病例的复发率及转移率无统计学差异，而A组(FTL组)较B组(5-FU组)毒副作用轻，有显著差异。结论：Furtulon在结肠、直肠癌辅助化疗中疗效较好，使用方便，毒副作用轻。

Comparison of the Adjuvant Chemotherapy Effects of Furtulon and 5- FU on Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To compares effects of Furtulon (5'-DFUR) and 5-FU as the postoperative treatments of colorectal cancers. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 79 cases of colorectal cancers from Jan. 2000 to Aug. 2001. 46 patients who had taken Furtulon for 6 cycles were in group A and 33 patients who had taken 5-Fu for 6 cycles were in group B. Clinical results were analyzed according to the two groups of patients. Results: With following up for 3 to 4 years, the rate of recurrence is 4.3% and the rate of metastasis was 10.9% in-group A. The response rates in-group B was 15.8% and 23.7%. Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differerence in the rate of recurrence and metastasis between the two groups. However the side effects in-group A are not so severe as group B and which was significant difference when compares with the other group. Conclusion: Furtulon has fewer side effects. It is an effective regimen for patients with colorectal cancers.
