加速康复外科对胃肠道手术病人的影响分析与临床应用

目的:研究加速康复外科对胃肠道手术病人的影响分析与临床应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的胃肠道手术病人83例,随机分为A组41例和B组42例。A组实施常规干预,B组给予加速康复外科干预措施。比较:(1)对康复干预的总满意度;(2)术后导尿管留置时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、进流食时间、住院时间、医疗费用;(3)病人切口感染、肺部感染等并发症发生率。结果:(1)B组较A组对康复干预的总满意度更高,P0.05;(2)B组较A组术后导尿管留置时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、进流食时间、住院时间更短,医疗费用更低,P0.05;(3)B组较A组切口感染、肺部感染等并发症发生率更低,P0.05。结论:加速康复外科对胃肠道手术病人的效果确切,可有效加速胃肠功能恢复,促进术后排气、进食和排便,减少并发症的发生,有助于减轻病人痛苦,缩短住院时间,减轻医疗负担,病人满意度高,值得推广。

Analysis and clinical application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients with gastrointestinal surgery

Objective: To study the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on patients with gastrointestinal surgery and its clinical application. Methods: the study included 83 patients who were randomly selected from the patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June,. The above 83 cases were randomly divided into A group and 41 cases in group B and 42 cases in group A. In group A, routine intervention was carried out, and the B group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgery. Comparison of rehabilitation intervention (1) satisfaction; (2) postoperative catheter indwelling time, anal exhaust time, first defecation time, eating time, hospitalization time, medical expenses; (3) patients with incision infection, pulmonary infection and other complications of the difference. Results: (1) B group than the A group on rehabilitation intervention for higher satisfaction, P < 0.05; (2) B group compared with A group after catheter indwelling time, anal exhaust time, first defecation time, eating time, shorter hospital stay, lower medical expenses, P < 0.05; (3) in B group compared with A group incision infection, pulmonary infection and other complication rate is lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion: accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients with gastrointestinal surgery is effective, which can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function, promote postoperative exhaust, eating and defecation, reduce complications, help to relieve the pain of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the medical burden, patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
