| 摘 要： | 抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎(AAV)为全身坏死性小血管炎,可累及全身多个器官,肾脏和肺最常受累,心脏受累则相对少见,但多与预后不良相关.本文对AAV累及心脏的机制及其常见心电图、超声心动图及心脏M RI表现进行综述.

| Abstract: | Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a systemic necrotizing microvasculitis that can affect multiple organs throughout the body, most commonly the kidney and lung. The cardicac involvement is less common but often associated with poor prognosis. Early diagnosis of cardiac AAV involvement is very important. The cardiac involvement mechanism, electrocardiography, echocadiography and cardiac MRI findings of AAV were reviewed in this article. |
