社区护理干预在冠心病患者血脂和生活状态中的改善效果

目的:分析社区护理干预在冠心病患者血脂和生活状态中的改善效果。方法:将2013年10月~2015年2月102例冠心病患者随机均分为干预组与对照组各51例。对照组实施常规干预,干预组则实施社区综合护理干预。观察比较两组患者的生活状态、血脂水平改善情况。结果:干预组患者总胆固醇(4.4±0.6)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.1±0.5)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.3±0.3)mmol/L,明显低于护理前和对照组(P0.05);干预组患者的生活状态改善情况,明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:社区护理干预对于改善冠心病患者血脂和生活状态具有良好的临床效果。

Objective: To analyze the community nursing intervention on serum lipids in patients with coronary artery disease and living conditions improvement. Methods: 102 cases of coronary heart disease patients from October 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups,51 cases of each group. The control group received conventional intervention, community nursing intervention group received community comprehensive nursing intervention. Living conditions and blood lipid levels of the two groups were observed. Results: The community intervention group total cholesterol (4.4±0.6) mmol/L, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (2.1±0.5) mmol/L, triglycerides (1.3±0.3) mmol/L, were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05); The improvement ofSliving conditions of community nursing intervention group, was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Community nursing intervention has a good clinical effect in improving blood lipids and living status in patients with coronary heart disease.
