益气活血方治疗髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床观察

目的:探讨益气活血方治疗髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年10月~2015年9月在我院接受治疗的髋部骨折术患者140例,随机分为两组,每组70例。对照组患者采用西医治疗,即使用低分子肝素钙进行抗凝治疗;观察组患者采用中医治疗,即使用益气活血方进行抗凝治疗。两组患者均持续治疗1个月,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的血浆活化部分凝血时间、凝血原时间和D-二聚体水平,同时记录两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者经过相应治疗后,其血浆活化部分凝血时间、凝血原时间均较治疗前明显延长(P0.05),D-Dimer含量明显降低,且两组间比较有明显差异(P0.05);观察组术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为2.86%,明显低于对照组的12.86%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:益气活血方在预防髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成方面具有明显疗效,术后并发症少,临床上值得推广应用。

Yiqi Huoxue Fang for preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after surgery of hip fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang in the treatment of hip fracture of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after operation. Methods 140 cases of patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 70 cases in each group, the control group were treated with Western medicine, namely the use of low molecular weight heparin anticoagulant; the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, namely the use of Yiqi Huoxue Fang; two groups of patients for 1 months, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment the plasma activated clotting time, prothrombin time and two D- dimer levels, and record the two groups of patients with deep venous thrombosis and the rate of occurrence of adverse reactions. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the plasma activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time were significantly prolonged (P<0.05), D-D IMER content was significantly decreased, and between the two groups is statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); The incidence of DVT in the observation was 2.86%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Patients in the two groups had no bleeding or other complications occurred. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Fang has significant effect in preventing hip fracture postoperative deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs form and has less postoperative complication, it is worthy of clinical worth popularization and application.
