针灸结合语言康复训练治疗中风后失语症的临床研究

目的:研究中风后失语症应用针灸联合语言康复训练治疗的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的中风后失语症患者70例,随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组给予常规语言康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上加行针灸治疗,针刺语言一区、语言二区、语言三区,结合辨证配穴,1次/d,每次留针30 min,10 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息1 d继续下1个疗程,两组患者均治疗3个疗程后对比两组的疗效。结果:两组患者的语言功能评分均较治疗前明显改善(P0.05),且与对照组相比,观察组患者改善的更显著(P0.05)。两组患者的BDAE分级较治疗前明显提高(P0.05),且与对照组相比,观察组患者提高的更显著(P0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组的71.43%(P0.05)。结论:针灸结合语言康复训练治疗中风后失语症能够更好的改善语言功能,明显提高治疗的总有效率,值得临床推广应用。

Research on the effect of acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in treatment of stroke aphasia

Objective: To inveterate the effect of language rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture in treatment of stroke aphasia.Methods: 70 cases of stroke patients with aphasia in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional language rehabilitation training, the observation group on the basis of the control group on the plused line acupuncture, acupuncture a language area, language, Second District, three districts language, combined with dialectical acupoints, 1 day, each time the needle 30min, 10 times as a course of treatment,1 day of rest continue to the next course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, effect of patients in both groups were compared.Results: After treatment, the language function scores and BDAE rating in both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate was 91.43% in observation group, significantly higher than 71.43% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in treatment of stroke aphasia can better improve language function, significantly improved the overall efficiency of the treatment, worthy of clinical application.
