桂枝茯苓胶囊联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症术后疗效观察

目的:探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症术后的疗效。方法:将49例经腹腔镜手术确诊为子宫内膜异位症的术后患者随机分为观察组25例,对照组24例,对照组采用孕三烯酮2.5 mg/次,2次/周;观察组在对照组基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊3粒/次,Tid po,10 d/月,两组患者均连续用药6个月,观察两组患者术后临床症状缓解情况,复查超声进行疗效评估。结果:观察组总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的87.5%(P0.05)。观察组症状体征评分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对于子宫内膜异位症的术后患者应用孕三烯酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊能更好缓解临床症状、降低术后复发率。
