普芦卡必利治疗慢性便秘的疗效及安全性

目的:观察研究普芦卡必利治疗慢性便秘的疗效及安全性。方法:将2014年3月~2015年10月78例老年慢性便秘患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予莫沙必利,观察组应用普芦卡必利治疗。比较两组疗效、症状改善情况与不良反应。结果:观察组患者用药后排便频度、排便时间、便意等指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.4%,明显高于对照组的71.8%(P0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:普芦卡必利用于慢性便秘治疗的效果确切,可有效改善患者便秘症状,且较少不良反应。

Curative effect and safety of the treatment of chronic constipation with the treatment of chronic constipation

Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of the treatment of chronic constipation by Prucalopride. Methods: 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic constipation from March 2014 to October 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Mosapride, the observation group was treated with Prucalopride.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed .Results:Defecation frequency, defecation time, defecation index of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.4%, significantly higher than the control group 71.8%(P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Prucalopride for the exact effect in the treatment of chronic constipation, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with constipation and less adverse reaction.
