| 摘 要： | 正胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)是一种临床常见病、多发病。是指从十二指肠流入胃的胆盐和胰酶等胃内容物,反流入食管而引起的一系列不适症状和(或)并发症。包括食管内和食管外两种表现,烧心、反流等为其典型症状,同时可伴食管外症状,如咳嗽、哮喘等,部分患者或无症状[1~2]。临床常分为非糜烂性胃食管反流病

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in Chinese and Western Medicine |

| Abstract: | Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common disease of digestive system, which has a serious influence on the quality of life of patients. The western medicine has made great progress in the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease, but the treatment is still to inhibit gastric acid secretion, has certain limitations; Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) based on the concept of holistic, through differentiating disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation combined, make individualized treatment on gastroesophageal reflux disease patients. The currently used test methods of modern medicine and TCM treatment of mastery, the consolidation effect, no recurrence. |
