磁珠贴压耳穴联合中药热奄包治疗慢性支气管炎110例临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院220例慢性支气管炎急性加重患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用磁珠贴压耳穴及中药热奄包两种外治疗法,观察两组的临床疗效和咳、痰、喘、哮鸣音的消失时间。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组的咳、痰、喘、哮鸣音的消失时间也明显短于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Magnetic Auricular Plaster Combined with Chinese Medicine Foment Bag in Treatment of 110 Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods: Selected 220 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis in our hospital as the research object, and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was given magnetic beads sticking and pressing auricular point and chinese medicine foment bag on the basis treatment of the control group. Observed the clinical efficacy and cough, phlegm, wheezing, wheezing sound disappear times between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group, the difference was statistical significant, P<0.05. The cough, phlegm, wheezing, wheezing sound disappear times of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistical significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The curative effect of combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis is better than western medicine treatment, and it is worthy of clinical application.
