湛江地区黄毛鼠对溴敌隆的敏感性研究

摘    要:目的测定黄毛鼠对第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂溴敌隆的敏感性,为黄毛鼠的抗药性检测提供敏感种群本底资料。方法在实验室做无选择性摄食试验。将试鼠雌雄分开,随机分组,按5个不同食毒期摄食0.0002%溴敌隆毒饵。用Bliss计算机程序,计算不同食毒期与对应死亡率之间的关系。结果黄毛鼠性别之间对溴敌隆的敏感性差异无统计学意义(Pb〉0.05,PLP50〉0.05),故将雌雄数据合并计算,得毒力回归方程y=0.52+7.58x,LFP50、LFP99及其95%置3U信限分别是3.90(3.55~4.28)和7.90(6.24~10.00)。结论按WHO修订以致死99%敏感靶标鼠种的食毒期(LFP99)取整天数作为抗药性检验标准,湛江地区黄毛鼠对0.0002%的溴敌隆毒饵食毒期超过8d存活为产生抗药性。

Abstract:Objective To determine the susceptibility of Rattus rattoides to bromadiolone and provide base data for R. rattoides resistance to bromadiolone. Methods The males and females were firstly separated and then divided into groups at random. No-choice tests were carried out using 0.0002% bromadiolone bait at five different feeding days. The relationship between mortality and different feeding days were analyzed by Bliss software. Results There was no significant difference (Pb 〉0.05,PLFP50 〉 0.05) between male and female R. rattoides for bromadiolone susceptibility. The LFP line was y = 0.52 + 7.58x. On combination of the sex data, LFP50, LFP99 and their 95 % confidence limits were 3.90 (3.55- 4.28 ) and 7.90(6.24-10.00) days respectively. Conclusion The revised rodent resistance criterion of WHO was integer of LFP99. According to it, R. rattoldes was still alive after fed on 0. 0002% poison bait for 8 days in Zhanjiang, and then it could be considered to have resistance.
