摘    要:目的 探讨两种血细胞分析仪的白细胞分类作为常规过筛试验的可靠性。方法 仪器法及瑞氏染色手工分类法。结果 两台仪器的白细胞分类结果与手工分类法无显著性差异。SF-3000与A^CT5diff对分类异常的血细胞的提示能力的特异性分别为84、6%、69.1%,敏感性为98.4%、97.5%,准确度为93%、86%。结论 SF-3000分类结果可作为常规分类的初筛试验。A^CT5diff假阳性率较SF-3000高,应多做显微镜分类计数。

Abstract:Objective To study the precision and accuracy of Sysmex SF-3000 and Coulter A~CT 5diff in leukocyte differntial.Methods Wright's staining craft classification and instrumental methods were applied.Results There was no significant difference between Wright's staining craft classification and instrumental method;for the abnormal classified samples,the specificity of SF-3000 and of A~CT 5diff were 84.6% and 69.1%,the sensitivity were 98.4% and 97.5%,and the accuracy rate were 93% and 86%.Conclusions SF-3000 can be used in routine classification preliminary screening essay;the false positive rate of A~CT 5diff is higher than SF-3000,thus microscope differential count should be made.
