摘    要:运用乳果糖──双歧因子(是含有N—乙酰—D—葡萄糖胺的糖类,为双歧杆菌合成细胞壁所必需)制成饮料给31名急性白血病接受化疗的患儿服用一周。分析患儿粪便中肠道菌群和SIgA含量于服用前后的变化,结果提示服用乳果糖制剂后,患儿粪便中双歧杆菌、肠杆菌数和SIgA含量增加,尖杆菌数减少,经统计学处理,双歧杆菌变化有显著意义(P<0.01),而肠杆菌,类杆菌数和SIgA量的变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。口服乳果糖能有效刺激肠道内双歧杆菌生长,并能减少有害菌生长,调整肠道菌群,有助肠道微生态平衡和屏障功能。

IMPACT OF BIFIDUS FACTOR ON ACUTE LEUKEMIA CHILDHOOD FECAL ML CROFLORA AND SIgA
Abstract:Abstract:Lactulose-bifidus factor (carbohydrate which contained N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, essential material for compounded bifido-bacterial cell wall) made up drink. The effects of the lactulose feedings on the feeal microflora, SIgA contents were investigated in thirty-one childhood with acute leukemia under intense chemotharapy. By the lactulose feedings for one week, A significant increasing of bifidobacteria in the feces (P<0.01) and reduced number of bacteroides were observed. The numbers of enterobacteria and SIgA were increased. But there were no statistically significant change of bacteroides, enterobacteria and SIgA level (P>0.05). We considered that the lactulose feedings were useful for growing well bifidobacteria, suppression of harmful bacteria, regulated micro flora, for maintained micro-ecological equilibrium in gut.
