山东省泰安市区消化系恶性肿瘤306例系谱调查分析

对泰安市306例消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行系谱调查,发现有恶性肿瘤家族史者31例,占10％,其中食管癌高达21％(16/75);31例家族中共有恶性肿瘤患者213例,其中消化道121例占56.8％,其他系统92例占43.2％,提示消化道恶性肿瘤确有家族聚集现象,尤以食管癌明显,消化道恶性肿瘤家族中其他系统恶性肿瘤亦呈高发倾向。本文结合家系调查及文献复习就癌肿的家族聚集现象、环境因素及染色体异常进行探讨。

PEDIGREE INVESTIGATION OF 306 PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT TUMORS OF THE ALIMENTARY TRACT IN TAIAN

The pedigrees of 306 patients with malignant tumors of alimentary tract were investigated in Taian city. The results showed that 31 out of 306 patients (10%) had family history of malignant tumors. Among them, 16 of 75 patients (21%) had carcinoma of esophagus. There were 213 patients in 31 families. Of all these patients, 121 (56. 85%) suffered from malignant tumors of alimentary tract, 92(43. 2%)suffered from malignant tumors of other systems. It is demonstrated that malignant tumors of alimentary tract , especially carcinomas of esophagus, had a tendency of family concentration and there existed a high incidence of malignant tumors of other systems in these families. In thie article, clustering families, environmental factors and chromosomal abnormalities about malignant tumors were also discussed.
