护理干预脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨护理干预对脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的影响。方法将100例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例)。对照组实施常规护理,实验组采用自制问卷调查患者失眠的症状及影响患者睡眠的因素,并针对影响因素在常规护理基础上进行综合护理干预。结果通过综合护理干预干预2周后,实验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),睡眠状态改善显著优于对照组(均P〈0.01)。结论脑卒中患者易受环境、情绪、疼痛、药物治疗及病理性因素影响而导致失眠,综合护理干预能提高脑卒中失眠患者对疾病相关知识的认识和自我管理能力,改变不良的行为和生活习惯,明显改善脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on stroke sleep obstacle patients.Methods 100 cases of stroke patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases).In the control group,conventional nursing was performed,and in the experimental group,homemade questionnaire was used to explore the patients with insomnia symptoms and the factors that impact sleep,conventional nursing plus comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted.Results After 2 weeks of comprehensive nursing intervention,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and sleep state improved significantly in experimental group(all P〈0.01).Conclusion Stroke vulnerable environment,emotion,pain,drug treatment and pathologic factors can result in insomnia,comprehensive nursing intervention can improve stroke insomnia patients knowledge related to disease awareness and self management capabilities,change bad behavior and living habits,can improve sleep quality of patients with poststroke sleep disorders significantly,and improve life quality.
