| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经腹膜后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术的手术配合要点.方法 回顾性分析38例经腹膜后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术的护理配合过程,总结术中配合技巧以及护理体会.结果 手术均顺利完成,无一例因为护理配合方面的原因造成手术失败.结论 做好术前访视及充分的术前准备,术中密切观察病情及手术室护士熟练的护理配合是手术成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the key points of intraoperative nursing cooperation during retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of lymphatic vessel around renal pedicle. Methods 38 cases of chyluria treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of lymphatic vessel around renal pedicle were analyzed retrospectively. The key points and experience of intraoperative nursing cooperation were summarized. Results All cases were successfully treated with the operation. No failure of operation occurred due to nursing reason. Conclusion Accurate preoperative nursing evaluation, adequate preoperative preparation, careful intraoperative illness observation and good intraoperative nursing cooperation are some of the important factors for successful retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of lymphatic vessel around renal pedicle. |
