摘    要:目的 探讨嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子Eotaxin在变应性鼻炎中的表达情况及其临床意义.方法 变应性鼻炎患者及单纯鼻中隔偏曲患者各10例,行鼻黏膜乙酰甲胆碱激发实验后收集鼻分泌物,Wright染色法检测其中嗜酸性粒细胞含量,Transwell法检测其中Eotaxin活性,并对2组患者的临床表现进行评估.结果 变应性鼻炎组鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞含量、Eotaxin活性均高于对照组(P〈0.01);2组患者的临床评分分别为(1.20±0.42)及(2.40±0.52),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);Eotaxin活性与鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞含量及临床病情严重程度均呈正相关.结论 Eotaxin活性与病变严重程度相一致,可作为诊断和评价变应性鼻炎的判定标准之一.

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the expression and its clinical significance of Eotaxin, a kind of eosinophil chemotactic factor, in allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients with allergic rhinitis and patients with nasal septum deviation alone were selected for the test, 10 for each. After provocation of the nasal mucosa with methacholine, secretions were collected and eosinophil percentage, Eotaxin chemoattractive activity were detected respectively by Wright stain and transwell method; clinical presentation of the patients were assessed at the same time. Results Eosinophil percentage and Eotaxin chemoattractive activity in the rhinitic nasal secretion were all higher than those in the control secretion ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; clinical score of the test (2.40 ± 0.52) and the control ( 1.20 ± 0.42) group were also of statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; eosinophil percentage ( r = 0. 779, P 〈 0.01 ) and the clinical severity of the patients ( r = 0. 598, P 〈 0.01 ) were all positively correlated to the chemoattractive activity of Eotaxin. Conclusion Eotaxin activity is coincidence with the severity of the disease and can be used as one of the diagnostic or assessment indicators for allergic rhinitis.
