爱德项目预防控制艾滋病在澄江实施效果评价

预防控制艾滋病的爱德项目经两年多实施，取得显著效果，娱乐场所老板对艾滋病知识宣教责任合同签订率达100.0%，对艾滋病传播途径、预防措施知晓率由62.5-80.0%上升到71.7-100.0%；服务小姐对艾滋病传播途径、预防措施等相关知识知晓率由28.4-71.6%上升到74.7-96.8%，正确使用安全套率达90.0%，高危人群中性病感染率由1997年的32.7％下降到2001年的4.8%；宾馆、酒店及娱乐场所服务人员性病感染率由1999年的1.5％下降到2001年的0.4%；采用多种宣传措施，有力地推动了澄江县艾滋病预防控制工作的发展。

Evaluation of effects of Amity Foundation Project-HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in Chengjiang County

Amity Foundation Project-HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control has been developed for two years in Chengjiang County and obtained significant effects. AII of owners in entertainment establishments signed in the contracts in the program to be responsible for publicizing HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge, and the proportion signed reached 100.0%. Among owners and the waitresses, the rates of knowing the knowledge about HIV/AIDS transmission routes and preventive measures rose up from 62.5-80.0% to 71.7-100.0%, and 28.4-77.6% to 74.7-96.8% respectively. The rate of correct condom use was 90% among the waitresses. The prevalence rate of STD declined from 32.7% in 1997 to 4.8% in 2001 among the high risk population. It also dropped from 1.5% in 1999 to 0.4% in 2001 among the people working in hotels, restaurants and entertaimment establishments. A variety of activities of health education were developed to enhance the STD/HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Chengjiant County.
