恶性肿瘤放疗患者构成综合分析

目的探讨近年来肿瘤放疗患者的就医动态,为医院放疗专科发展提供科学的参考依据。方法综合分析1985~2004年的17020例恶性肿瘤放疗病例资料。结果近10年来收治的放疗病例数与1985~1994年10年同比下降30.09%;食管癌和鼻咽癌构成比分别为39.11%和27.56%,高居第1、2位。结论面对激烈的市场竞争,综合医院放疗科应发挥本身已有的资源、人才、设备,并针对食管癌和鼻咽癌等病源比较集中的特点,发展专业优势,从而提高放疗专科的知名度和市场竞争力。

INTEGRATE ANALYSIS OF THE COMPOSITION OF PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT TUMOR UNDERGOING ACTINOTHERAPHY

Objective To supply scientific references to the development of the actinotheraphy department of our hospital by investigating the dynamic state of patients suffering from malignant tumors and receiving actinotheraphy. Methods Aggregately analyzing the materials of 17 020 malignant tumor cases receiving actinotheraphy from 1985 to 2004 in our hospital. Results The cases coming to our hospital and receiving medical treatment during the recent 10 years have descended by 30.09 percent comparing to those between 1985 and 1994. And the first two kind tumors are esophageal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma with the ratio of 39. 11 percent and 27. 56 percent respectively. Conclusion Facing with the intense competition, the actinotberaphy department of general hospital should try to bring her own resources, talents and facilities into full play to increase her reputation and competitive strength basing on the feature that patients are always concentrated on esophageal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
