纤维支气管镜对不典型支气管异物的诊断及治疗评价

目的探讨纤维支气管镜对不典型支气管异物的诊断与治疗作用。方法回顾性分析10年间来该院就诊的不典型支气管异物患者的临床资料8例。结果全部病例均经纤支镜检查而确诊，并达到了治疗目的，异物类型有动物骨头和植物，骨头多于植物，异物部位右侧多于左侧。结论重复纤支镜检查对不典型支气管异物的确诊及治疗有重要价值。

Effect of diagnostic and therapeutic using fiberbronchoscope in atypical bronchial foreign bodies

To evaluate the effect of diagnostic and therapeutic of fiberbronchoscope in the atypical bronchial foreign bodies. The results of diagnostic and therapeutic useed in 8 cases atypical bronchial foreign bodies using fiberbronchoscope were analysed among 10 years. 8 cases of atypical bronchial foreign bodies were extracted. The type of foreign bodies were animal bones and plants. The bones were more than plants. The places of foreign bodies were in the right side more than the left one. [Conclusions] Repeating fiberbronchoscope has significant value in diagnosing and treating atypical bronchial foreign bodies.
