| 摘 要： | [目的]总结甲状腺疾病手术中预防甲状旁腺损伤的体会。[方法]975例甲状腺疾病患者行一侧甲状腺腺叶手术428例，行双侧甲状腺腺叶手术547例。[结果]5例出现暂时性甲状旁腺功能低下，且均出现在双侧腺体全切除病例中。[结论]术中保护甲状旁腺的血供，分离甲状旁腺时要避免直接挫伤和误切是防止术后并发甲状旁腺功能低下的重要保证。

| Abstract: | [ Purpose] To summarize the experience of preventing parathyroid trauma in thyroidectomy. [Methods ] Of 975 cases with thyroid disease, 428 cases underwent one lobe thyroid gland resection and 547 cases underwent total thyroidectomy. [Results] Five cases revealed provisional hypoparathyroidism. All the 5 cases underwent total thyroidectomy. [Conclusion ] Preserving blood-supply for parathyroid and avoiding direct contusion or misresection are important for preventing hypoparathyroidism in thyroidectomy. |
