广东省大学生希望与主观幸福感的相互关系

目的:研究广东省大学生希望与主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用成人性情希望量表和牛津幸福量表修订版对505名广东省在校大学生进行调查。结果:大学生总体希望和主观幸福感得分分别为(22.09±2.94)和(42.01±10.55)分,男生在路径思维方面的得分高于女生(t=2.270,P=0.024),城镇学生的主观幸福感高于农村学生(t=2.202,P=0.028);大学生总体希望感、路径思维和动力思维与主观幸福感均呈线性相关(r=0.503、0.391和0.445,P<0.001),多重线性回归分析显示动力思维和路径思维联合起来能够预测主观幸福感25.2%的变异量。结论:提高希望感水平有助于大学生主观幸福感的提升及心理健康水平的提高。

Relationship between hope and subjective well-being of college students in Guangdong province

Aim:To study the relationship between hope and subjective well-being(SWB) of college students in Guangdong.Methods:A total of 505 college students from Guangdong province were tested by Adult Dispositional Hope Scale and Oxford Happiness Test-Revised.Results:The scores of hope and SWB in college students were(22.09±2.94) and(42.01±10.55),respectively.The pathway thinking scores of male was significantly higher than that of female(t=2.270,P=0.024);the SWB scores of the students from cities were higher than those of the students from rural area(t=2.202,P=0.028).There was a significant positive relation between SWB and hope,pathway thinking,agency thinking(r=0.503,0.391,0.445,P<0.001).The agency thinking and the pathway thinking could forecast together 25.2% variance of SWB.Conclusion:Enhancing hope contributes to SWB and psychological health of college students.
