不同体质指数育龄妇女心脏储备功能比较

目的:比较不同体质指数(BMI)育龄妇女心脏储备功能的差异。方法:对在郑州大学第三附属医院行围产期检查的150名孕前检查和120名妊娠期妇女分别根据BMI分为BMI正常组和异常组,应用运动心力检测仪检测心脏储备功能,记录心率(fH)、第一心音幅值(S1)与第二心音幅值(S2)之比(S1/S2)及舒张期时限(S)与收缩期时限(D)之比(D/S)。结果:在静息状态下,BMI正常的孕前和妊娠期妇女D/S高于BMI异常组,fH低于BMI异常组(P<0.05)。结论:BMI与D/S、fH有关;BMI正常妇女较BMI异常妇女的心脏储备功能好。

Comparison of cardiac reserve function in women of childbearing age with different body mass index

Aim:To compare the cardiac reserve function in women of childbearing age with different body mass index(BMI).Methods:A total of 150 women undergoing perinatal pre-pregnancy check and 120 pregnant women were allocated into BMI normal and abnormal groups.The cardiac reserve non-invasive detection was performed,and the heart rate(fH),the amplitude of the first heart sound(S1) and the amplitude of the second heart sound(S2) ratio(S1/S2) and the diastolic time(D) and contraction period of time ratio(D/S) were recorded.Results:In the resting state,the D/S in the prepregnant and pregnant women with normal BMI was higher than those with abnormal BMI,while the fH was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:BMI is related to D/S and fH;the cardiac reserve function in BMI normal women is better than that in BMI abnormal women.
