| 摘 要： | 简要综述了调强放疗中使用的基于剂量、剂量—体积、剂量一效应和等效均匀剂量的四种目标函数，并比较了各种目标函数的优缺点，重点介绍了基于等效均匀剂量的目标函数在调强放疗计划中的应用和发展。
