癌症患者麻醉药品的使用管理分析

目的 调查癌症患者麻醉药品的使用状况，为临床应用提供管理依据。方法 对医院2005年第四季度及2006年第一季度癌症患者的麻醉药品的使用情况进行对比分析。结果 哌替啶用量呈减少趋势，吗啡用量呈增长趋势．口服制剂用量呈增长趋势，符合WHO癌症疼痛三阶梯治疗方案。结论 在麻醉药品管理中仍存在一些亟待解决的问题．应进一步推广规范三阶梯治疗原则。

Cancer Patient Narcotic Use Management Analysis

Objective The investigation cancer patient narcotics application condition,provides the management basis for the clinical practice. Methods In 2005 the fourth quarter and in 2006 the first quarter cancer patient's narcotic service condition carries on the contrast analysis to my academe. Results assumes the reduced tendency for pethidine the amount used,the morphine amount used assumes the growth tendency,takes oral the preparation amount used to assume the growth tendency;Conforms to WHO cancer ache three steps and ladders treatments plan. Conclusion In the narcotic management still had the question which some urgently awaited to be solved,should further promote the standard three-steps and ladders treatments principle.
