糖尿病中医证候规律研究

目的:通过临床调研分析糖尿病中医证候的一般规律。方法:采用聚类分析和决策树等数据挖掘方法,对临床调研数据进行分析。结果:在所收集的995例2型糖尿病病例的主要证候有阴虚热盛证、肝肾阴虚证、气阴两虚证等6类。结论:随着病程的进展,阴虚热盛证、气阴两虚证、阴阳两虚证之间存在由轻到重逐次渐进的变化趋势。

Investigation on Syndrome Law of Diabetes in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Currently, the discipline of traditional syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medical is researched. Methods: It is differentiation of syndrome that are patients of 995 diabetes. The number is analysis by cluster analysis method. Results: The syndrome of endogenous heat due to yin asthenia and asthenia syndrome of qi and yin are comparatively large proportion during first two years of course of diabetes. Asthenia syndrome of qi and yin and asthenia syndrome of qi and yin with dampness and blood stasis are comparatively large proportion among two and ten years. Asthenia syndrome of qi and yin with dampness and blood stasis are comparatively large proportion more than ten years. Conclusion: The syndrome of endogenous heat due to yin asthenia, asthenia syndrome of qi and yin and asthenia syndrome of yin and yang are respectively features in the first , middle and last stage of diabetes. It is found that the trend is from mild to serious among syndrome developments.
