大孔树脂纯化夏枯草总黄酮和总皂苷工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究适宜纯化夏枯草中总黄酮和总皂苷类成分的树脂,确定其纯化工艺参数。方法:以总黄酮、总皂苷为指标,静态吸附法考察6种树脂的吸附效果并系统研究最佳型号大孔树脂分离纯化夏枯草中总黄酮、总皂苷的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:D-101型树脂对总黄酮、总皂苷有较好的吸附分离性能,适合于夏枯草中总黄酮和总皂苷类成分的分离纯化。结论:采用大孔树脂纯化夏枯草中总黄酮、总皂苷是可行的。

Abstract:Objective:To study the fittest type of microporous resin to purify the total flavones and saponins of Prunella vulgaris L.,and ascertain the technical parameters. Methods:To investigate the absorption effect of six macroporous resins,and systematically research the absorption performance and the elution parameters of the the macroporous resins to purify the flavones and saponins in Prunella vulgaris L. Resuhs:D-101 resin had good purification performance,it was fit to the separation and purification of extracting solution. Conclusion:The macroporous resins to purify the total flavones and saponins in Prunella vulgaris L. are feasible.
