外周神经甘油注射法治疗原发性三叉神经痛

目的：甘油注射阻滞三叉神经周围支治疗三叉神经痛的效果观察。方法：对1994-2005年37例原发性三叉神经痛患者共47条神经，行周围支甘油阻滞术。结果：注射后29条神经有效，7条神经缓解，6条神经部分缓解，5条神经无效，总有效率89．4％。3-13个月后复发的8条神经行重新注射后5条神经疼痛消失，3条神经疼痛缓解。结论：甘油阻滞治疗三叉神经痛安全有效、微创，可作为三叉神经痛治疗的方法之一。

Application of perineurolysis with Glycerol for Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective： To observe the effects total of perineurolysis with glycerol on treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： From 1994 to 2005, 47 perineurolyses by glycerol injection have been performed in 37 patients with primary trigerminal neuralgia. Results： After injection the painess vanished completely in 29 nerves, full and partial alleviation showed in 7 and 6 nerves respectively, no effects were tound in 5 nerves, The total effectiveness accounted for 89.4%. recurrence occurred in 8 nerves from 3 to 13 months after infection glycerol injection were repeated.Among them 5 neuralgiae vanished, 3 alleviation. Conclusion： The perineurolysis with glycerol is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method of treating trigeminal neuralgia.
